We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Developer, you will be a vital member of our IT Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications that support the bank’s operations and digital services. This role is critical to driving innovation, ensuring system reliability, and enhancing the overall customer experience

 

Key Responsibilities

          

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that support banking operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.

Develop APIs and integrate third-party services with internal systems.

Participate in system architecture and design discussions.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Maintain the security and integrity of applications according to banking standards.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate.

  • Qualifications .

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    1-3 years of hands-on experience of experience in software development (preferably in the banking or financial sector).

    Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).

    Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

    Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

    Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

    Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs).

    Familiar with data integration and ETL tools (eg.Talend or Informatica )

    Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in Arabic and English.

    Very good in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

    As an Application Support Specialist, you will be a vital member of our IT Division, primarily focused on providing technical support for our specialized online banking applications and our corporate website. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring system availability, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to maintain a robust and secure digital banking platform.

     

    Key Responsibilities

              

    Provide first and second-level technical support for all online banking applications and the bank's public website.

    Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to minimize downtime.

    Investigate and diagnose technical problems, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access issues.

    Collaborate closely with internal development teams and external vendors to resolve complex application issues and implement enhancements.

    Perform routine system checks, health monitoring, and preventative maintenance activities.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

    Participate in testing and deployment of new application features, updates, and patches.

    Ensure compliance with bank's IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution.
