Download the Faisal Cash application from Google Play Store or App Store.
Activate the wallet yourself by clicking on "Activate Account".
Enter your name, national ID number, and registered mobile number, then agree to the terms and conditions.
Enter the activation code (which will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number).
Create a new six-digit PIN code and confirm it twice (ensure that no two consecutive digits are used, such as "21", or identical digits, such as "22").
Fund your wallet from your bank account and start using the service.

You must have an Egyptian mobile number registered in your name with your national ID at the mobile network provider.
You must not be subscribed to another wallet using the same mobile number (whether with another bank or a telecom company).
You can own up to three electronic wallets under the same national ID but with different mobile numbers.
The service is available only for Faisal Bank customers.
The customer must be of Egyptian nationality.
To subscribe, present your national ID and sign the subscription request at any branch of the bank.

Visit the branch and fill out the subscription request form.
Your request will be processed at the branch within two working days
