Faisal Islamic Bank’s Visa Gold Card offers you a convenient and secure way to access cash, pay for purchases, and settle service payments without the need to carry cash. The card can be used locally within Egypt for both cash withdrawals and purchases.

Activation Steps

  1. Insert the card into any Faisal Islamic Bank ATM.
  2. Select the preferred language and enter any random 4-digit number.
  3. After entering the 4-digit number, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number containing a 4-digit One-Time Password (OTP).
  4. Enter the OTP on the ATM. Please note that the OTP is valid for 15 minutes only.
  5. Press Continue, then create your card PIN as desired. Please note that the PIN must consist of 4 digits only.
  6. Re-enter the selected PIN for confirmation. A message will then appear confirming that the card has been successfully activated.

Important Note

The card must be activated within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt. If this period has been exceeded, please contact our Customer Service Call Center on 19851 before starting the activation steps.

 

 

Fees

  • No fees are charged for transactions performed through Faisal Islamic Bank ATMs.
  • For transactions through other banks’ ATMs, a fee of EGP 5 is charged per cash withdrawal and EGP 3 per balance inquiry.
  • No fees are charged on purchase transactions within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
