Faisal Islamic Bank cards are an easy and convenient way to get cash and pay for purchases and services without carrying money. They are accepted both locally and globally. You can use the card locally and internationally for withdrawals or purchases at ATM locations.

Activation Steps

1. Insert the card into the ATM after receiving it from the branch.
2. Choose the language and enter any 4 random numbers.
3. After entering the random numbers, you will receive a text message with 4 numbers on your registered phone number.
4. Enter the sent numbers into the ATM, noting that this message is valid for only 15 minutes.
5. Press "Continue" and enter a PIN for the card based on your preference.
6. Re-enter the chosen PIN. (The card has been successfully activated)

Note:

• The card must be activated within 3 days from the date of receipt at the branch.
• If you are unable to collect the card from the branch, it can be sent to your address with additional charges for this service. The card will be activated as follows:
1. The card will be in a sealed envelope with 4 printed numbers.
2. Enter these numbers into the ATM.
3. Press "Continue" and enter a PIN for the card based on your preference.
4. Re-enter the chosen PIN. (The card has been successfully activated)

Fees

There are no fees for using Faisal Bank ATMs. For other ATMs, a fee of 5 EGP is charged for each withdrawal and 3 EGP for each balance inquiry.

Card Deactivation

To deactivate the card in case of theft or loss, please contact us:

• From within Egypt: 19851
• From outside Egypt: +20 21 283100 or +20 21 283200

This will deactivate the card immediately, or you can visit the nearest bank branch.
